Gift Cards purchases are Non-refundable. eGift Cards and their use are subject to Gift Certificate terms and conditions as well as the Sole Society terms and conditions and privacy policies.

In order to use an eGift Card the recipient must be a member of Sole Society. To redeem a eGift Card click here.
eGift card purchases are not counted as 1st purchase. Therefore eCards are not associated with the Invite A Friend program in anyway. No referral credits will be provided for the purchase or a gift card or the redemption of a gift card.
eGift Cards do not have an expiration date.

Please safeguard your eGift Card. The risk of loss and title for eGift Card pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the purchaser, recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. If your eGift Card is lost or stolen and you have proof of purchase, Sole Society (in its sole discretion) may issue a replacement for the balance shown on its records. Sole Society is not responsible if an eGift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
SOLE SOCIETY AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO EGIFT CARD, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT AN E-GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH EGIFT CARD.
Sole Society reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. If Sole Society makes a material modification to these terms and conditions, it will notify you by displaying a prominent announcement above the text of these terms and conditions, as appropriate, for thirty (30) days, and that will be deemed sufficient notification, of such changes. Should you wish to terminate your account due to a modification, you may do so by sending an email with the subject line "Termination" to the following email address: membercare@solesociety.com. If you choose to continue using the website, you agree that by doing so you will be deemed to accept the new terms and conditions, as relevant.
