If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you may return it for a Sole Society store credit FREE of charge. For a refund to your credit card, a $7.95 restocking fee (per item returned) will be applied. The return shipping is free for either return method.*
For an exchange, please follow the return instructions below. When selecting the method of refund, be sure to select Sole Society credit. This will ensure no Restocking Fee is charged. Once we receive your items back to our warehouse, the credit will be added to your account and you will be notified via email. You can then place a new order for the style, size or color you want. Please note, we cannot guarantee the item(s) you want will be available when you place your new order.
Orders paid with store credit are only eligible to be refunded in the form of store credit.
A $12.95 shipping & handling fee applies to returns sent from Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada. All items must be returned within 30 days of the ship date in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging.

HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN?
- Go to www.solesociety.com/returns and sign in to your account.**
- Select the item(s) that you want to return and follow the steps to print your return information sheet and label.
- Place the return information sheet in the box and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
- Drop the box off at your local UPS office.

Please allow 5- 10 business days for the return to be completed by our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed.
We are unable to complete refunds for items that have not been returned to us.
