All orders with shipping addresses within the contiguous United States are delivered standard ground to you free of charge. Most orders are delivered within seven to ten business days, pending availability and credit card verification. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped by the U.S. Postal Service and are charged an additional $9 for shipping and handling. Orders shipped to Canada are shipped by Canada Post and are charged an additional $9.95 for shipping and handling.  This charge covers additional postage and handling required to ship to these locations. Currently we do not ship outside of the United States and Canada. We are very proud of our shipping department as they work hard to ship your shoes as soon as possible. Due to their speedy attempts we are unable to cancel orders after they are placed.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you may return it for a Sole Society store credit free of charge or for a refund to your credit card with a $7.95 restocking fee.  Please note that orders paid with store credit are only eligible to be refunded in the form of store credit.

All items must be returned within 30 days of the ship date and in new, unused condition.  Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

A $9 shipping and handling fee applies to returns sent from Hawaii and Alaska and a $9.95 shipping and handling fee applies to returns sent from Canada.

 If you select a Sole Society credit, once Sole Society receives and processes your return, an email will be sent to let you know a credit has been placed in your account.  With that credit you may purchase the same shoe in a different size or color, or choose a completely different shoe.  If you made your purchase using a coupon code, please be advised that coupon codes have no cash value and are good for one time use only and will not be refunded or re-activated upon a return being processed.

REFUNDS

If you wish for a refund instead of a Sole Society store credit, there is a $7.95 restocking fee per item returned for refund to a credit card.

  1. Go to www.solesociety.com/returns and sign in to your account.
  2. Click on your Return Number under the "Return Status and History" section.   
  3. Click the "Print Returns Forms" button on the Return Summary page.

Once your return has been dropped off at a UPS facility, please allow 5-10 business days for the return to be received and completed by our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email after the return has been processed. 

We are unable to complete refunds for items that have not been returned to us.
