All orders with shipping addresses within the contiguous United States are delivered standard ground to you free of charge. Most orders are delivered within seven to ten business days, pending availability and credit card verification. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are charged $9.00 for shipping and handling. Orders shipped to Puerto Rico are charged $12.95 for shipping and handling. Orders shipped to Canada are shipped by Canada Post and are charged an additional $9.95 for shipping and handling. This charge covers additional postage and handling required to ship to these locations. Currently we do not ship outside of the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. We are very proud of our shipping department as they work hard to ship your shoes as soon as possible. Due to their speedy attempts we are unable to cancel most orders after they are placed.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you may return it for a Sole Society store credit free of charge or for a refund to your credit card with a $7.95 restocking charge (per item returned). A $9.00 shipping and handling charge applies to returns sent from Hawaii and Alaska and a $12.95 shipping and handling charge applies to returns sent from Puerto Rico. A $9.95 shipping and handling charge applies to returns sent from Canada.
Please note that orders paid with store credit are only eligible to be refunded in the form of store credit.
All items must be returned within 30 days of the ship date in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
How to process a return?
- Go to www.solesociety.com/returns and sign in to your account.
- Click on Return Items.
- Select the item(s) that you want to return, the reason for the return, and your refund method. Once you have selected your items, click on “Review & Confirm”.
- If everything looks good, click on the “Submit & Confirm” button to process your return.
- Click the "Print Returns Forms" button on the Return Summary page. We do require that all returns be processed through the customer’s Account, and that the return label be printed from the site as well. Customer Care is unable to mail or fax return labels to customers.
Once your return has been dropped off at a UPS facility, please allow 5-10 business days for the return to be received and completed by our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email after the return has been processed.
