This gold oversized link bracelet is 8 1/2 inches long but I wear bracelets of no more than 7-3/4" because I am slim. Can the toggle go in the other circle to shorten it so it will not drop off my wrist? How short can the bracelet be made to be?
Best Answer · The toggle can only go into one of the two smaller hoops. You wouldn't be able to put it into the bigger circle as those are too big to hold it. I have small wrists and I always put the toggle through the second of the smaller circles, however it's still loose. I don't know how much you like this type of a bracelet to move, it doesn't bother me and I like that it's rather loose.
Thanks Kasia. I did not know anyone had responded to my question. I just thought to look just now. I see your answer. I just do not like when it looks too loose. I would not like if it falls more than an inch below the wrist bone. It sounds like it does.
Terry, I would skip this in your case then. It does fall into my wrist and if you don't like that look, you will most likely find it annoying. Best of luck in finding something that looks and feels right!
I'm slim too...and I have very small wrists. I love this bracelet, but it is bigger on me than it would probably be on a "normal" wrist. The toggle can go in the second circle which is where I keep it. It does go down onto my hand, but it definitely couldn't fall off! Hope this helps!
