      what is Vegan leather?

Best Answer · Vegan leather does not contain harmful plastics such as poly vinyl chloride (or PVC). Our vegan leather bags are made only with Poly Urethane (or PU). In comparison to PVC, PU is a better material because:
      • Its natural, leather-like texture does not require the solvents (or harmful chemicals) used to soften PVC throughout the manufacturing process.
      • It can be designed to deteriorate after a period of time which is great for the environment where as PVC is not biodegradable.
      • Even though PU is biodegradable, it's still a much more durable, quality material unlike PVC.

For people who love the look and functionality of leather but are committed to a lifestyle prohibiting the use of animal products, vegan leather is an appropriate choice. This material is produced from synthetics without using any animal products and is also referred to as faux or artificial leather. There is no difference between most artificial and vegan leathers except for terminology.

The berry color appears brighter in the product photos and more like a burgundy/wine in the model photos. What is the more accurate representation of the color?

It is definitely more burgundy/wine and not brighter.
