Fall is in full swing, which means it’s time to restock your wardrobe with the essentials. This season's basic pieces should have unique twists that show a little more skin or add volume and texture.

Off-the-shoulder was trending in a big way this summer and don’t expect it to stop. This fall's hottest sweaters feature a one-shoulder look.

A fur vest can take a regular T-shirt and transform it into a cutting-edge look. The texture these fun pieces will add to your outfit is not to be missed.

Long sleeve dresses are an essential for infusing a flirty vibe into your autumn looks. Choose one with a bold pattern and pair it with some suede over-the-knee boots.

It’s time to let your skirt be the star of your look. Unmissable pieces with pretty pleats and swinging fringe will turn up the volume on your style.

Do I have to choose?! I love them both for different reasons - Instagram to share and discover great images and Twitter to chat with blog friends and fans. If I HAD to choose then Instagram wins.

Favorite Parisian dessert?

Macarons! Although I've never been to Paris, so maybe I'll discover something more delectable during my adventures.

What made you decide to start blogging?

I come from a background of working in magazines and I noticed a huge shift into digital content.  The content was fresh, fast, unique and really creative and I wanted to be a part of that movement.

How would you describe your style?

It's evolved recently from really feminine and polished to a more elevated sporty.

What are some of your current fashion obsessions?

I'm really loving the fashion meets fitness movement.  It's great to be able to have pieces that are both functional and can play many different roles in my wardrobe.  I'm also loving metallic temporary tattoos to mix in with my jewelry and any kind of resort wear.

A good pair of heels goes a long way for the legs!

What do you love about Sole Society?

I've been a huge fan from the get-go.  The quality and price point are both amazing and the shoes and accessories are on trend but also classic.  I find myself going back to wear old pairs from different seasons!

Julia Of Gal Meets Glam

We've always loved the effortlessly chic style of blogger Julia Engel of Gal Meets Glam. So obviously we were thrilled when she styled the Saraa in red (a beautifully woven platform wedge) while hanging out in a marina. Here's  Julia on her beloved wedges:

“As I’m slowly adding heels back into a few looks, I find that wedges are a lot more comfortable since your weight is more evenly distributed. How cute are these red Sole Society woven ones? They’re a great pop of color for summer- especially if you buy mainly neutral colored shoes like I do- and wedges make it easier to be outside on grass as well.”

Emily From Ivory Lane

Spotted: The always-stylish blogger Emily Jackson of Ivory Lane taking a summer stroll in the Rocio Wedges and sharing her essentials for the quickly approaching spring-into-summer transition.

We love how she teamed the strappy wedges with a drawstring chambray dress, embroidered clutch and oversized sunnies. Definitely has T.G.I.F. style written all over it.

For Miami-based blogger Daniela from Nany's Klozet, chic is...Being yourself!

She brought along her favorite Sole Society styles during her recent Puetro Rico vacation for our #WhatIsChic contest. The results? Picturesque beach photos while wearing the Remmi Sandal and Nellie Backpack.

"The sandals have a tiny little heel, which makes them SO comfortable, and they go perfectly with the studded backpack. I've been wanting a leather backpack for so long, and I finally found it." - Daniela

Fill in the blank: Chic is…

Chic is...being yourself! I always say that the way we dress should express who we are and how we feel...and the process of dressing up should be fun!

When it comes to styling what is the first thing you do to ensure a seamless look?

The perfect look is not complete without the perfect bag and the perfect pair of shoes.

Is there a rule, saying or phrase in fashion you and your blog live by?

I'm all about re-wearing clothes; like I said before, fashion should be fun. It's not about having a million dollars to look like one, it's about being creative with what you have and purchasing key pieces every season.
